Repossession agent, for inspection or commercial (business) repossessions, phone 1300 966 103, email [email protected] or 24/7 inquiries inquiry. Experienced in repossession, field interviews and inquiries.

Our repossession agents are experienced professional; we conduct commercial inspection and repossession tasks. To repossess a person car, motorbike or boat can sometimes be extremely difficult. We need to know we are acting lawfully, and must rely on clients supplying the correct documents, to support our actions.
Repossession is the taking back of goods or chattels as a result of a term of a contract being broken, and/or a lien being held. When something is repossessed under the terms of a hire purchase, chattel mortgage or similar agreement there is a here and now demand for money. The monies may include the amount owed, interest, costs of the action to date including mercantile agent costs or other penalties and charges, fees, as agreed. This varies from agreement to agreement.
If the person cannot pay the full amount demanded, then and there, the goods are seized. At this time further costs may incurred with regards transport, and storage.

Repossession itself is not a negotiation, it is a seizure of goods, where negotiation up to that point has failed, or a person has breached another condition, such as moved, on sold goods without permission or taken goods to a third location, without advising the creditor. The most common breach is a failure to pay.
There may be negotiation around how the repossession will progress, but any forestalling of the actual seizure is between the client and the debtor, not the repossession agent.
Vehicle repossession is the seizure of a vehicle, a car, motorbike, or boat, as either the result of a failure to repay a loan, meet a lease repayment plan or similar financial contract or security previously offered, and forfeited. It may also be as a result of a breach of terms of an employment contract, resolution of an agreement, the rescinding of an agreement as to vehicle access or similar conditions. With financial agreements it is usually as the result of a demand for payment which is not met. Property seizure or repossession may be a result of court proceedings or a judgement.
