Many court documents can be applied for online. You submit your application to the court portal, make payment, they process them, and return them to your pigeon hole on the portal as PDFs. These are called a sealed copy, as they have the court seal, the court stamp, affixed. You email those PDFs to us to serve.

We recommend using 'Express Post' as the minimum standard for documents, when mailing. Please remove the tracking number sticker and retain, before posting.  Even if you are not in the service area, you can track your documents.
